I was honored to be asked to bring this Bridgerton inspired bridal shower to life! It was such a fun theme and came together beautifully. Given the time of year, I even incorporated elements of Christmas. Read on, Dearest Readers, for all the details!
The Table Setting
This elegant table setting consisted of show-stopping florals, china plates and tea cups, a silver tea set, my go-to candlesticks and some very inexpensive pieces from Amazon! Believe it or not, the lace tablecloth, napkins, silverware and goblets are all from Amazon.
For a Christmas look, I added sprigs of noble fir and pine to the floral arrangements along with dusty miller, roses, hypericum and eucalyptus.
The Bridgerton theme wouldn't be complete without Lady Whistledown's Society Papers! These were printed on blush linen cardstock.
I love the incorporation of these regal Reber chocolates. It's a nice little detail that gives a special touch.
The Buffet
To continue the garden-party-meets-Christmas motif, I used evergreen garland and eucalyptus to dress up the food buffet. On the menu were tea sandwiches, scones, quiches, cheese and charcuterie, macarons and cake.
Fortunately, there were no scandals to be written about in the next issue of Lady Whistledown's Society Papers, but it was a beautiful bridal event!
